Blake Masters concedes his race for Ariz. Senate

Republican Senate candidate Blake Masters has conceded in his Arizona Senate race.

On Tuesday, Masters congratulated his Democrat rival, Senator Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.).

This comes after Masters made it clear that if the outstanding 400,000 legal votes were not in his favor, he would congratulate Kelly on a hard-fought victory.
