Man On Santa Monica Pier Ferris Wheel Who Claimed To Have Bomb Captured

The Santa Monica Police Department has announced that a man who claimed to be armed with a bomb who had climbed to the center of the notable Santa Monica Pier Ferris wheel has been captured.
