San Diego criticized for plan to house homeless in 3 hotels at nearly $400K per room

To assist accommodate the expanding homeless population in the city, The City of San Diego is putting up a new proposal in which detractors have pointed out that the plan will cost taxpayers thousands without addressing the crisis's underlying causes.
