SCOTUS declines to hear Alex Jones’ appeal in Sandy Hook lawsuit
The Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to hear Infowars founder and host Alex Jones’s appeal of an approximately $1.4 billion defamation judgment, stemming from prior claims relating to the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting being "staged."
