Vice President Kamala Harris faced criticism and mockery online over the weekend after she conducted her first solo interview as the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee.
Harris looked nervous and struggled to answer easy questions from a friendly reporter at 6abc Action News in Pennsylvania, including questions about how her policies would lower prices and make life more affordable for Americans and questions about how she is any different than President Joe Biden.

“Some folks are turned off by Trump’s personality and will vote accordingly, but I have zero idea how any common sense person can listen to Kamala Harris & say this person should be running the country & especially the economy,” said media analyst Joe Concha. “This is an unmitigated hot mess of a train wreck.”
“She is the Michael Scott of presidential candidates but with no endearing qualities whatsoever,” said political commentator Sean Parnell.
“She got through a whole debate without her essential emptiness being exposed,” said Fox News senior political analyst Brit Hume. “But it was on full display in this local tv interview. Very much worth watching.”

“She’s adding some vapid vinaigrette to her usual word salad,” said Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
Billionaire hedge fund manager Bill Ackman said, “This interview speaks for itself. I encourage you to watch it and vote accordingly.”
“Kamala spends more than a minute skating completely around a specific question about how she’d bring down prices … and she gets away with it from another ABC ‘journalist’ who daren’t complain that she’s not within a mile of answering the question,” said Fox News anchor David Asman.
“Vacuous word salad when asked about the most important issue facing Americans courtesy of Kamala Harris,” said the Republican Jewish Coalition. “Weak, incompetent, dangerously liberal.”
Attorney Will Chamberlain reacted to Harris avoiding answering questions: “She knows what the question is. She just doesn’t think you deserve an answer.”
