Singer Justin Timberlake has been arrested for driving while intoxicated on Monday night in the Hamptons, according to a report from ABC News.
ABC cited “a law enforcement official” source who said Timberlake was driving in Sag Harbor, New York, at the time of arrest. The 43-year-old recording artist is reportedly scheduled for an arraignment on Tuesday. Timberlake remained in custody on Tuesday morning, according to MSNBC.
A Sag Harbor official confirmed that the charges Timberlake faces are DWI-related.

Timberlake is slated to perform in Chicago this weekend and at Madison Square Garden in New York City next week as part of his Forget Tomorrow tour, which began in April.
