Mark Ruffalo Mocked For Repeating Trite Refrain, ‘Billionaires Are The Problem, Not Immigrants’

Avowed leftist Mark Ruffalo is at it again, claiming that “billionaires” are the real problem while immigrants contribute nothing but hard work and prosperity to the country.

The 57-year-old “Avengers” actor spoke on the topic while attending one of several “No Kings” protest rallies that took place over the weekend. A video of his rant began circulating on social media.

Ruffalo said in the video that “immigrants aren’t the criminals,” claiming they “add to our economy by the billions.” He also said white people commit “most of the crimes” in society.

The actor said billionaires are “the true villains,” and the ones who are “really making our lives unbearable and making us so desperate.”

“It’s time to take our country back from that extreme wealth that has its hands all over the power of the nation,” said Ruffalo, whose estimated net worth is around $35 million. 

Many social media commenters called out the Hulk actor for his comments, pointing out how immigrants who came here illegally are technically criminals.

“How is he that rich but also that stupid?” one person wondered.

“This does prove what a great actor he is. Mark can play the brilliant Bruce Banner despite his extremely limited grasp on reality and logic,” another said. 

“I think he took one too many headshots from Thanos,” another commenter joked.

Several days ago, the actor went off on President Trump and ICE enforcement in another social media post, Variety reported.

“You want to get rid of the people who are picking your food, without a care in the world for who is poisoning your bodies with chemicals that aren’t ever meant to be in nature. You want to drive out those who make your life easier but not question those who dull your minds with lies and disinformation meant to confuse you and destroy brotherly and sisterly love for us here? You’re pointing your guns in the wrong direction,” he wrote in the lengthy screed.

“The president is a grifter,” Ruffalo continued. “His family is raking it in with their bitcoin con, the dopey tech billionaire takes your tax money to make himself richer than any person in the history of mankind with his pipe dream of living on Mars, while you starve, while you worry, while he gleefully lets people with AIDS, people suffering famine, or persecution or political danger silently die. He fires your family members, and stops cancer research to help cure the ones you love.”
