Massive Personal Care Retail Company Puts DEI ‘At The Heart Of Everything’ It Does

One of America’s favorite personal care brands is so obsessed with diversity, equity, and inclusion that it claims the leftist ideology is “at the heart of everything” it does.

Bath & Body Works, one of the most well-known retail companies in the U.S., has been lauded by the legacy media for its commitment to the DEI grift. As far back as April of 2022, Bath & Body Works has openly bragged about its commitment to DEI with an entire webpage dedicated to the leftist creed.

“We’re actively working to foster an anti-racist culture full of allies that embrace social change, hold themselves accountable and celebrate all identities, cultures and heritages—with concrete steps to achieve all of the above,” the company writes

Bath & Body Works, which employs over 57,000 people, says DEI is so important because “We all inhabit several different identities, based on our race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious background and so much more—and we’re actively working to foster a diverse workforce that not only respects these identities, but removes any barriers to access and opportunity by continuously reassessing and updating processes within our business.”

Bath & Body Works doesn’t just talk about DEI. They practice it too. In October of 2022, the company hired Kelie Charles as its “Chief Diversity Officer.” Charles, who previously worked in the DEI realm for Home Depot and Target, is in charge of “working closely with associates and senior leadership to continue to evolve and refine the company’s journey to becoming an even more diverse, equitable and inclusive organization.”

Bath & Body Works claims to be a great company for women, but can they even define “woman”? The company claims to “champion diversity” by respecting all “genders” and “orientations.” That’s DEI-speak for going along with the claims of a man who wants to be a woman.

The personal care brand also promoted LGBTQ “Pride Month,” writing, “This June, Bath & Body Works welcomes Pride Month – a time of celebration and self-acceptance for the LGBTQ+ community and its allies, and a time for reflection on the progress made and the work still needed to achieve equality for all.” And of course, Bath & Body Works came out with a “Pride” collection to celebrate “Pride every day.”

Is Bath & Body Works as committed to quality products and service as they are to promoting DEI and LGBTQ initiatives? We’ll let you make the call on that.

You can keep going back to Bath & Body Works to give your money to a company that puts DEI “at the heart of everything,” or you can shop Jeremy’s Razors for women for quality body wash, aluminum-free deodorant, lotion, shave cream, and razors. Right now, you can save 35% on the women’s deluxe bundle and try everything Jeremy’s has to offer.

And you don’t have to wait to replace all those Bath & Body Works candles. The Candle Club offers you a wide variety of candles that will freshen up your home without inviting the stench of wokeness into it.

DEI might be “at the heart of everything” over at Bath & Body Works, but here at Jeremy’s & the Candle Club, the quality of our products and customer satisfaction will always drive us.

Jeremy’s Razors and The Candle Club share common ownership with The Daily Wire.
