Mother Of 12-Year-Old Allegedly Murdered By Venezuelan Illegal Aliens Speaks Out

The mother of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray spoke out on Monday at a press conference where prosecutors updated the public about criminal case against two illegal aliens from Venezuela who are accused of murdering the young girl.

Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26, were each charged last week with capital murder in the killing of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston, Texas. Both illegal aliens entered the U.S. as part of the border crisis that President Joe Biden created when he reversed the Trump administration’s policies after getting into office.

Investigators said that Nungaray was murdered via strangulation and police were able to trace the movements the suspects before and after the killing by using surveillance videos. Prosecutors said that the defendants “lured” Nungaray “under a bridge” where they “remained with her for over two hours, took her pants off, tied her up and killed her, then threw her body into the bayou.”

District Attorney Kim Ogg, a Democrat, said that the investigators are waiting to see if forensics evidence supports a sexual assault charge, which would turn the case into a death penalty case. The death penalty would also be on the table if evidence emerges that supports a kidnapping charge.

“I thank everybody for being here to make notice, a national notice, for my daughter. She was amazing,” said Alexis Nungaray, Jocelyn’s mother. “I still see her face in the back of my head every day, all day. Keep getting little signs about her throughout the days, and it’s just been a very, very hard time for me and my family. But the amount of support I’ve been getting from everybody … from the bottom of my heart so appreciated.”

“She definitely made people laugh,” she continued. “I’m always gonna remember those memories. She had such a bright future ahead of her, and I knew she was going to go very far. And, you know, these monsters took that opportunity from her, from our family of watching her. And I just want people to remember, I know this is a very high profile case, she was still my firstborn.”

Alexis Nungaray said that she was only 15 years old when she had her daughter and that she was a “teen mom” who fought for her.

“I’m 27 now, I’m still fighting for her,” she added. “And I’m just remembering that she was a very special little girl that deserves her justice. And I know she’s going to make a difference in this world for all children, and now it’s my job to make sure it continues to happen. I just want to say thank you.”

Dad Of Girl Allegedly Raped By Illegal Alien Blames Biden’s ‘Open Border Policy’

The father of a 13-year-old girl who was allegedly raped by an illegal alien in New York City blamed President Joe Biden’s “open border policy” for the horrific attack.

The New York Post interviewed the father, who was not named to protect his daughter’s identity, after Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, 25, allegedly admitted to police in a recorded interview that he raped the girl.

The Ecuadorian illegal alien was charged with predatory sexual assault, first-degree rape, two counts of second-degree kidnapping, two counts of first-degree robbery, second-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse, obstructing governmental administration, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

“This is what happens,” the father said in speaking about Biden’s border policies. “The open border policy, I have never agreed with, because that just invites a lot of things that we don’t need. And look what came in. Look what happened to my daughter.”

The 70-year-old father said that the attack has put the family “through hell” and has turned their world “upside down.”

“The healing process has yet to begin,” he said. “My mind is really swirling with all of the anger I have right now.”

He said his daughter’s mental state was so bad he couldn’t even talk about it. “You can’t even imagine,” he said. “So let’s just leave it at that.”

Prosecutors said Inga-Landi told law enforcement that he came across two teenagers who were having “sexual relations,” and he threatened them with a knife. The illegal alien tied them together, stuffed a bandana in the girl’s mouth and cut off her shorts and underwear, and then raped her. He then took their phones, ran away, and bought drugs, prosecutors said.

The New York Post separately reported that a federal immigration judge ordered him to be deported in February 2022, according to sources at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The report said that Inga-Landi illegally crossed into the U.S. at Eagle Pass, Texas, in June 2021 as part of the unprecedented wave of illegal aliens pouring into the country under President Joe Biden.
