Robert Telles, the Democrat Clark County official who murdered a Las Vegas Review-Journal investigative reporter claims he was framed and the DNA evidence against him was planted at the murder scene.

Telles, a Democrat, lost his re-election bid in June’s primary after Jeff German exposed the hostile work environment in the Democrat official’s office.

Jeff German had also recently filed a public records request on emails and text messages between Telles and others in his office, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.

According to the Daily Mail, hours before Jeff German was stabbed to death, Robert Telles was told Clark County was going to release private texts and photos with his mistress.

Telles was seen cleaning his burgundy SUV – which was spotted near Jeff German’s home at the time of the murder.

Robert Telles’ DNA was also found underneath Jeff German’s fingernails.

The Democrat official claims all of the evidence against him was either misrepresented or planted.

Telles spoke to KLAS reporters from Clark County Detention Center on Monday and insisted he was framed.

“I need to say that I’m innocent and I was framed,” Telles said.

The former elected official accused of killing a journalist claimed Monday that he was framed. Robert Telles, 46, requested a new interview with 8 News Now to give his side of the story.

“I need to say that I’m innocent and I was framed,” Telles said from the Clark County Detention Center.

Telles is accused of killing Las Vegas Review-Journal investigative journalist Jeff German in September 2022. German, 69, had exposed issues in the public administrator’s office under the leadership of Telles, including a possible affair. Telles then lost the Democratic primary.

German was found stabbed to death on Sept. 3 outside his home in the northwest valley, near Tenaya Way and Vegas Drive.

“Mr. German is tragically murdered and now I’m here,” Telles said.

Telles claims that while he still held office, he was working to expose a scam involving estates in which individuals would try to obtain properties of the deceased before their families could. The 8 News Now Investigators have confirmed that authorities are looking into the matter.

The woke left has infected Christianity. Prominent forces within the Church of England want to abandon the Gospel in favor of referring to God in a “gender-neutral” manner.

The Bible since it was first written has primarily used male pronouns when referring to God. But this does not mean that God is male, however.

Unlike humanity, God does not have a biological sex for He is not made of matter. In fact, no one actually knows what God looks like.

Basic theology remains a foreign concept to woke forces, however, including those within the Church.

The Telegraph reported:

For decades, the gender of God has prompted debate within the Church, with many calling for male pronouns He and Him, as well as reference to Our Father, to be scrapped in favor of either gender neutral or female alternatives.

Now, in what would mark a departure from centuries of tradition, bishops are to launch a project “on gendered language” referencing God in church services later this year.

Details of the plans emerged in a written question to the Liturgical Commission, which prepares and promotes forms of service and religious worship in the Church, at General Synod, the Church’s lawmaking body, which is sitting this week.

The Rev Joanna Stobart, from the Diocese of Bath and Wells, asked what steps were being taken to offer congregants alternatives to referring to God with male pronouns and if there was any update “to develop more inclusive language in our authorized liturgy”.

She also asked bishops “to provide more options for those who wish to use authorized liturgy and speak of God in a non-gendered way, particularly in authorized absolutions where many of the prayers offered for use refer to God using male pronouns”.

However, the Rev Ian Paul, a member of the General Synod and the Archbishops’ Council of the Church of England, warned against any departure from the original scriptures, saying: “The use of male pronouns for God should not be understood as implying that God is male – which is a heresy. God is not sexed, unlike humanity.

“The Bible uses feminine imagery and metaphors of God, but primarily identifies God using masculine pronouns, names, and imagery. Male and female imagery is not interchangeable.

“The fact that God is called ‘Father’ can’t be substituted by ‘Mother’ without changing meaning, nor can it be gender-neutralized to ‘Parent’ without loss of meaning. Fathers and mothers are not interchangeable but relate to their offspring in different ways.

“If the Liturgical Commission seeks to change this, then in an important way they will be moving the doctrine of the Church away from being grounded in the Scriptures.”

Any permanent changes or rewriting of scriptures with gendered language would have to be agreed by a future meeting of Synod.
