AG Merrick Garland Should Resign or Be Fired – Will the Republican House Have the Courage to Do What’s Right?

Attorney General Merrick Garland should resign from office immediately because of the unconstitutional actions he is taking to destroy America.

Biden’s Attorney General Merrick Garland is not upholding his oath to protect and defend the US Constitution.  He is blatantly ignoring the US Constitution and as a result, putting the American people at significant risk.  He should be removed from office immediately, either by resignation or firing.

Will the Republican Congress have the courage to hold him accountable?

Here is a list of the unconstitutional activities AG Merrick Garland is participating in that are against the US Constitution, are inflicting massive harm on the American people, and will lead to dire consequences in this country if they are not addressed.

God gave us these rights.  Our Founding Fathers included them in our Constitution.  Merrick Garland is ignoring them.

Freedom of Speech Violations

Merrick Garland oversees an FBI that is entirely out of control.  Garland’s FBI is illegally participating with Big Tech to censor free speech.  The FBI cannot constitutionally censor free speech.  Government bodies like the FBI cannot use third-party private actors like Twitter, Facebook, or Google to censor free speech as well.  But this is happening in Garland’s US today.

Freedom of the Press Violations

Along with attacking freedom of speech, the US government under Merrick Garland is working with third-party institutions like Big Tech or fake fact-checkers to identify, harass and censor conservative voices.  The government’s activities to censor conservative media are unconstitutional.

Due Process Violations

Merrick Garland is punishing his political opponents by unjustly arresting them and indicting them on bogus charges that are unfounded.

The Eighth Amendment protects Americans against tyrants like Merrick Garland.

The Eighth Amendment prevents the federal government and the states (through application of the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment) from imposing unjust pre-trial bail against criminal defendants, inflicting brutal or inequitable sentencing schemes, applying inhumane methods of punishment and requires sentences, including fines and forfeited property, be proportionate to convictions. The Eighth Amendment provides:

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

There is evidence that the FBI and other government agencies were involved in the riots at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.  Rather than perform in-depth and fair investigations into the activities of that day, Garland’s DOJ has arrested innocent victims, jailed them without court dates for nearly two years, and abused them in the DC Gulag emotionally by placing them in solitary confinement. These individuals are prevented from receiving reasonable bail while violent criminals around the US are often set free before their trials and sometimes within hours of committing their crimes.

TGP EXCLUSIVE: 12 FACTS on the Dozens of Federal Operatives Who Infiltrated the Trump Crowds on January 6th at the US Capitol

When these Jan 6 victims are finally brought to court, their charges are unjust, their sentences outweigh their made-up crimes, their prosecutors are withholding information, their investigators plant convicting evidence in their possession, and all of this is placed in front of biased and conflicted judges with biased and conflicted juries.

Garland’s activities related to the Jan 6 victims alone are enough for him to be removed or resign.

Unconstitutional Attacks against President Trump

For four years President Trump’s DOJ which included leftovers from the Bush and Obama Administrations attacked him on false allegations and made up stories of Russia collusion.   They allowed false charges to go unpunished and participated in an attempted coup of his Presidency.

Merrick Garland never held these people accountable.

Garland’s FBI used the Jan 6 riots to attack his followers.

Garland’s FBI and DOJ never looked into the many corrupt activities that occurred in the 2020 Election.  Quite the opposite.  When politicians in Arizona wanted to investigate the activities in Maricopa County Garland threatened them with charges.

Garland’s FBI raided the President’s home at iconic Mar-a-Lago and took from him documents while embedding their own documents to set up the President.  This raid was unnecessary, unprecedented, and unlawful.

Garland’s DOJ continues to harass President Trump with lawsuits over made-up crimes.

Now, Merrick Garland has appointed a corrupt and conflicted Special Prosecutor with ties to George Soros whose sole purpose is to make up crimes against President Trump and indict him.  This is a bridge too far.

Should Garland indict an innocent President Trump in a corrupted court on bogus charges?

Garland’s DOJ has protected pornography in our schools while ignoring criminal acts of destruction in our greatest cities.  He backs vaccine mandates and open borders.  China and the border cartels are happy while Americans suffer.

Based on Garland’s unconstitutional and abusive acts to date that are destructive, anti-American, and aligned with America’s enemies, he must go.

AG Merrick Garland must resign or be removed from office.

Travel Hell: Orlando International Airport Fuel Shortage May Impact Flights

Travel hell.

Orlando International Airport on Sunday announced a jet fuel shortage caused by weather issues along the Gulf Coast may impact flights.

The airport may continue to have supply issues through Tuesday.

Some airlines are adding extra stops for refueling.

If you are traveling out of or to Orlando this week, it is advised to check your flight status with your airliner.

Ops Update: Weather issues along the Gulf Coast had prevented reserve supply delivery of jet fuel at MCO. The weather has lifted and ships have departed. If flight disruptions occur, airline contingency plans are currently in place. Thank you for your patience.

USA Today reported:

The Federal Aviation Administration is warning pilots that Orlando International Airport (MCO) is running low on fuel, and that could mean hiccups in the days ahead for travelers.

In an official notice, the agency said that the airport could continue having supply issues through about 7 p.m. Tuesday, and suggests that airlines should be prepared to operate flights into the airport with enough fuel on board to fly back out.

Some carriers are already making adjustments to their operations as a result, and at least one has issued a waiver for travelers heading to or from Orlando.

Airlines have already begun to respond. United Airlines said in a statement that some of its flights will be adding extra stops for refueling.

“Because of a shortage of fuel in Orlando that is impacting multiple airlines, we will add planned fuel stops on Sunday and Monday for some flights from Orlando. At this time we expect to operate our full schedule to get our customers to their destinations as planned,” a spokesperson for the airline said.

Southwest Airlines told USA TODAY it is not expecting any operational impacts to its flights.
