President Trump said the US Supreme Court should ‘intercede’ after Biden’s Justice Department charged him with speech violations.

Trump was hit with 4 counts in Jack Smith’s January 6 case: Conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.

Jack Smith’s latest indictment is a retread J6 committee garbage, free speech violations by the Biden DOJ who should know better, and ESP-like assumptions and mind-reading nonsense.

Trump said Jack Smith’s abuse is election interference.

Trump is right.

Trans female swimmer Lia Thomas will be eligible to compete in separate division.

This is interesting.
Trans females will no longer be allowed to swim in international swimming competitions. But, trans men (female to male) can still compete in the men’s competitions.

Why is that? Because there is a difference in the sexes, of course, and we all know it.

Now UK sports governing bodies are under mounting pressure to reform their policies in the sport.

The Telegraph reported:

British sports governing bodies are under mounting pressure to reform their policies after world swimming banned transgender athletes who reached male puberty from elite women’s events.

In a seismic move for Olympic sport which will mean that American swimmer Lia Thomas can no longer compete in elite races, swimming’s rulemakers announced that transgender women must now establish that they “have not experienced any part of male puberty”.

Fina, world swimming’s governing body, also announced plans to establish a new “open” category of competition to include transgender women that, according to president Husain Al-Musallam, would involve “some of our biggest events”.

Transgender men can still compete in the male swimming category and a working group will report back within six months on how a new open category could work for women who transitioned after puberty.

The move was immediately endorsed by the British Government, which wants domestic sports governing bodies to collectively form new policies.
