Trump Responds After Democrat New York Judge Orders His Business Licenses to be Rescinded as Punishment in Letitia James’ Lawsuit

Former President Donald Trump speaks at the Turning Point Action Conference at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, on July 15.

President Trump on Tuesday responded to a New York judge’s decision to rescind his business licenses as punishment in Letitia James civil lawsuit.

A New York judge on Tuesday refused to dismiss NY Attorney General Letitia James’ lawsuit against President Trump.

Judge Arthur Engoron ruled on Tuesday that Trump and Trump Org. are liable for fraud. A non-jury trial begins on October 2.

“Engoron ordered that some of Trump’s business licenses be rescinded as punishment, making it difficult or impossible for them to do business in New York, and said he would continue to have an independent monitor oversee Trump Organization operations.” – AP reported.

“If not successfully appealed, the order would strip Trump of his authority to make strategic and financial decisions over some of his key properties in the state.” – AP reported.

Trump responded to the judge’s ruling on Tuesday evening.

“My Civil rights have been violated, and some Appellate Court, whether federal or state, must reverse this horrible, un-American decision,” Trump said on Truth Social.

Earlier this month New York Attorney General Letitia James alleged Trump overstated his net worth by billions of dollars to obtain loans, get insurance benefits and manipulate taxes.

Letitia James in the court filing said that Trump overstated his net worth between 2011 and 2021.

A previous report found that Trump actually undervalued his assets.

Letitia James in September announced a lawsuit against former President Donald Trump and his family.

Why Shelf-Stable Beef Will Be an Extremely Valuable Commodity in the Near Future

AG James has been investigating whether the Trump Organization inflated the values of some of its properties.

Letitia James said her office is seeking to:

Make Trump pay $250 million. Ban the Trumps from running NY businesses for good. Ban Trump and Trump Org from buying commercial real estate in NY for 5 yrs. We’re making a criminal referral to the US Department of Justice

“With the help of Donald Jr., Eric, Ivanka, and other defendants, Trump variously unlawfully inflated and deflated his net worth by billions to obtain and satisfy loans, get insurance benefits, and pay lower taxes. In short, he lied to gain massive financial benefits for himself,” Letitia James said in September.

“We found that Trump, his family, and the Trump Org used fraudulent and misleading asset valuations over 200 times in 10 years on his annual financial statements. These statements were then used to obtain hundreds of millions of dollars in loans and insurance coverage,’ she added.

Letitia James has been harassing Trump and his family…just as she promised.

In November 2018 after her election, Letitia James immediately began cursing and threatening President Donald Trump.

HORROR: 26-Year-Old Tech CEO Honored by Forbes Magazine Found Dead Inside Her Luxury Apartment in Democrat-Run Baltimore – Police Identify the Suspect Allegedly Responsible

Baltimore, Maryland- Lawless Democrat crime policies apparently claimed the life of a promising young woman Monday morning and police are desperate to find the man they say is responsible.

CBS News Baltimore reported Pava LaPere, the 26-year-old CEO of a Baltimore technology company, was found dead at a Mount Vernon apartment building. Officers responded to a call around 11:30 a.m. from the apartment building, which is located on the 300 block of West Franklin Street.

The police determined that LaPere’s cause of death was blunt force trauma. A homicide investigation is underway.

The New York Post reports that it is unknown whether LaPere had any guests over prior to her death.

LaPere co-founded and led EcoMap, a company that claims to digitize ecosystems with its proprietary technology. She was a Forbes 30 Under 30 award recipient in 2023 in the social impact category.

Ecomap Technologies is also noted for its woke principles. As the New York Post notes, LaPere proudly boasted on her LinkedIn page that the company is “50% female, 50% people of color.”

Building tenant Chris McNees told CBS News Baltimore that it was “hard to imagine why” a death like this would happen.

That’s pretty horrifying. I mean, just for that to happen anywhere in the city is obviously a bad thing, but it’s hard to imagine why this would happen specifically in this building.

Ecomap Technologies released the following statement mourning LaPere’s death:

The circumstances surrounding Pava’s death are deeply distressing, and our deepest condolences are with her family, friends, and loved ones during this incredibly devastating time. Pava was not only the visionary force behind EcoMap but was also a deeply compassionate and dedicated leader. Her untiring commitment to our company, to Baltimore, to amplifying the critical work of ecosystems across the country, and to building a deeply inclusive culture as a leader, friend, and partner set a standard for leadership, and her legacy will live on through the work we continue to do.
