How to Report a Google Form

Look for the Report Link: At the bottom of the form, you should see a link that says "Report Abuse."

Select the Violation: Choose the category that best fits (e.g., "Spam, malware or phishing").

Submit: Google's automated systems and manual reviewers will investigate the form and take action if it violates their policies.
