Sean "Diddy" Combs was sued Wednesday by a former adult film star who claimed the producer groomed her into sex trafficking as an employee at his legendary annual Labor Day "white party," according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

Adria English alleged in the lawsuit she was "required" to take narcotics offered by "white party" guests when first employed by Combs in 2004. She claimed Combs "laced the liquor with ecstasy" and was given strict instructions on which bottles to drink from.

English claimed she was sex-trafficked between 2004 and 2009 by Combs, Tamika Thomas and Jacob Arabov, aka "Jacob the Jeweler."

The petition is the 10th lawsuit filed against the music mogul since November.

"Despite being forced to drink copious amounts of alcohol and consume illicit narcotics, the encounters Plaintiff was forced to endure were so excruciating that Plaintiff remembers them as they still haunt her to this day," documents state.

"The first ‘White Party’ in 2004 had no sinister intent or requirements for physical sexual contact and seemed to be a legitimate employment opportunity; so, when Plaintiff was offered employment in the proceeding years at the Labor Day ‘White Party,’ she accepted the employment opportunity."

The documents added, "Defendant Thomas and Combs groomed Plaintiff into sex trafficking over time."

Around the third party, English claimed Combs "demanded" she "begin engaging in vaginal sexual intercourse with guests, as they had learned about her past in adult entertainment and used it forcefully to coerce Plaintiff into sex work."

English claimed she was "unable to recall details from the Miami 'White Parties' due to the increased demand that Plaintiff engage in illicit narcotics and alcohol use while employed for Defendant Combs."

Representatives for Combs did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Combs is also being sued by Liza Gardner, Jane Doe, Joi Dickerson-Neal and music producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones. Combs has denied each of the claims.

In March, Combs' homes in Los Angeles and Miami were raided by Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) officials as part of a federal human trafficking investigation. It's unclear if Combs is the target of the federal agency's investigation.

Combs' attorney, Aaron Dyer, called the raids a "gross overuse of military-level force" in a statement provided to Fox News Digital at the time. 

One of the five Georgia family members who died last weekend in a small plane crash in upstate New York hit a grand slam during the last baseball game he played in while visiting Cooperstown, his coach has revealed. 

Frank Tumminia Jr., identified by the Times Union newspaper as the coach of 12-year-old James "JR" VanEpps, wrote in a Facebook post that "his parents were too modest and humble to post about his athletic dominance so that is my job today as coach." 

"In his last game in Cooperstown NY, where youth athletes' dreams are made with storybook backgrounds and brackets full of several dozen teams… JR Van Epps crushed a GRAND SLAM," Tumminia said. 

"Today and for as long as I live I will teach the living testimony of JR. A piece of me left with him... I will remember him as the ultimate human," he added.

A National Transportation Safety Board spokesperson revealed to Fox News Digital on Tuesday that the plane that VanEpps was traveling in passed through an area of "storm activity" on Sunday afternoon before crashing. 

The spokesperson said flight tracking data for the single-engine Piper PA-46 aircraft "was lost about 12 minutes after departure" from Alfred S. Nader Regional Airport in Oneonta. 

"Preliminary information indicates that the plane was flying from Oneonta, New York to Charleston, West Virginia when it crashed under unknown circumstances," the NTSB spokesperson added. "Meteorological data shows storm activity along the flight path."

New York State Police on Monday identified the five victims in the crash as James VanEpps, Harrison VanEpps, 10, Ryan VanEpps, 42, Laura VanEpps, 43, and Roger Beggs, 76. 

"All of the passengers are family members from the state of Georgia and were in Cooperstown, NY for a baseball tournament," police said, noting that the plane went down in the town of Masonville as it was heading back to Atlanta, with a stopover in West Virginia. 

The NTSB said Tuesday that the debris path from the wreckage is about a mile long and that "all major portions of the plane" have been found except for the rudder.
