Canadian Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s arch-foe, targeted Trudeau, accusing him of dividing the Canadian people in order to distract them and asking Trudeau if he would join Poilievre to call for shutting down “Hamas-inspired hate camps at university campuses.”

Since late April, anti-Israel encampments have been established at numerous university campuses across Canada, including McGill University, the University of British Columbia, the University of Ottawa, Western University (Ontario), the University of Victoria, Vancouver Island University, the University of Toronto, and McMaster University, according to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

“This prime minister divides to distract,” Poilievre stated. “He turns groups against each other; he fans the flames. He gave funds to an anti-Semitic Holocaust denier. And so, even before October 7, hate crimes were up 162%. And since, we’ve seen the rise of Hamas-inspired hate camps at university campuses that intimidate Jewish students and promote genocide. Will the Prime Minister summon the courage to join with me and call for these hate camps to be shut down and closed up so that students can safely go back to school?”

In May, six Jewish college students spoke at Canada’s Parliament Hill of the anti-Semitism they were facing on their campuses, CDTV News reported.

“My friends who used to wear kippot on campus instead now wear baseball caps,” Nati Pressman, founder of the Canadian Union of Jewish Students, stated. “This is not because we are any less proud to be Jewish, but because our universities have fostered and create an environment where being openly Jewish could be a threat to our physical and emotional safety.”

“We’re not students anymore, because instead of begging for an assignment extension, we have to beg for our safety on campuses while we sit in class with the same people who praised the terrorism on October 7,” Anastasia Zorchinsky of Concordia asserted, noting that she had seen comments on her Instagram account saying, “We will find you on campus.”

Only two weeks after the Hamas massacre of over 1200 Israelis, Trudeau, who had publicly criticized the state of Israel and expressed sympathies for Palestinians in the past, issued a tweet saying that his government was “here” for Palestinian, Arab, and black Muslim communities.

“As members of the Palestinian, Arab, and Black Muslim communities gathered for prayer yesterday, I wanted them to know this: We know you’re worried and hurting. We’re here for you. We will not stop advocating for civilians to be protected and for international law to be upheld,” he declared.

Former President Donald Trump’s campaign hammered President Joe Biden over an executive order easing the pathway to U.S. residency for hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants.

Biden announced a new executive action on Tuesday that eases the residency application process for about 500,000 illegal immigrants who have been in the U.S. 10 years and are married to a U.S. citizen. Another roughly 50,000 noncitizen children who are under 21-years-old and whose parent is married to a U.S. citizen will be covered by the order as well.

The action has been billed as the largest step toward amnesty for illegal immigrants since former president Barack Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program in 2012, according to CNN.

“This week, we learned an illegal alien from El Salvador who Crooked Joe Biden allowed into our country murdered a mother of five while she was on a run in Maryland, and we learned an illegal alien from Ecuador tied up and raped a 13-year-old girl at knifepoint in broad daylight,” Trump campaign national press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement, referencing two recent criminal cases in which illegal immigrants are suspected at fault.

“But Biden doesn’t care about the American lives that will forever be destroyed by the illegal criminals he is importing; and Biden doesn’t care that law-abiding taxpayers, crushed by inflation, are forced to pay for free food, housing, and healthcare for illegals,” Leavitt continued. “Biden only cares about one thing — power — and that’s why he is giving mass amnesty and citizenship to hundreds of thousands of illegals who he knows will ultimately vote for him and the Open Border Democrat Party.”

“Biden’s mass amnesty plan will undoubtedly lead to a greater surge in migrant crime, cost taxpayers millions of dollars they cannot afford, overwhelm public services, and steal Social Security and Medicare benefits from American seniors to fund benefits for illegals — draining the programs Americans paid into their entire working lives. Biden has created another invitation for illegal immigration through his mass amnesty order,” she said.

On Tuesday, New York City authorities announced the arrest of Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, a 25-year-old illegal immigrant from Ecuador who entered the United States in 2021 near Eagle Pass, Texas. Inga-Landi is suspected of tying up and raping a 13-year-old girl in a park in Queens near Trump’s childhood neighborhood.

“I grew up right near there,” the former president told Fox News. “Something like this was unthinkable years ago — unthinkable.”

“You could go down and go to the candy store, walk back — your parents never even had a thought of anything happening,” he continued. “This is a different world. My parents never would have even had a thought that something could happen.”

“These are Biden migrants,” he said. “They are flooding our country. They are flooding our cities and states.”
