Hamas Celebrates Phony Proposal That Biden Claims Israel Offered

The Hamas terrorist organization celebrated the proposal that President Joe Biden unveiled on Friday that would save the Palestinian Islamic terror group from being completely destroyed by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

Biden falsely claimed during a press conference that Israel had “offered” a “comprehensive new proposal” that included measures Israel says it never accepted and would never accept under any circumstance.

The 81-year-old also attacked Israel for wanting “total victory” over Hamas after it murdered 1,200 people during the October 7 massacre, and claimed that destroying Hamas would “not bring Israel lasting security.”

Hamas issued a statement following the press conference announcing that it “positively views what was included in the speech of US President Joe Biden today.”

“We consider this U.S. position and what was established of conviction on the regional and international stage on the necessity to put an end to the war on Gaza are the result of the legendary steadfastness of our people and their valiant resistance,” the statement continued. “Hamas confirms its readiness to deal positively and in a constructive manner with any proposal that is based on the permanent ceasefire and the full withdrawal [of Israeli forces] from the Gaza Strip, the reconstruction [of Gaza], and the return of the displaced to their places, along with the fulfillment of a genuine prisoner swap deal if the occupation clearly announces commitment to such deal.”

Israel Prime Minister Netanyahu’s office debunked the graphic published by Biden, saying that its own proposal allowed “Israel to continue the war until all its objectives are achieved, including the destruction of Hamas’s military and governing capabilities.”

“The actual proposal put forward by Israel, including the conditional transition from one phase to the next, allows Israel to uphold these principles,” the statement continued.

Nearly 12 hours later, Netanyahu’s office issued a second statement that was even more pointed in countering Biden’s claims.

“Israel’s conditions for ending the war have not changed: The destruction of Hamas military and governing capabilities, the freeing of all hostages and ensuring that Gaza no longer poses a threat to Israel,” the statement said. “Under the proposal, Israel will continue to insist these conditions are met before a permanent ceasefire is put in place. The notion that Israel will agree to a permanent ceasefire before these conditions are fulfilled is a non-starter.”

Israel Debunks Proposal Biden Claims They Made To End War

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office debunked a claim that President Joe Biden made on social media Friday afternoon when the president posted a proposal that he claimed Israel made to the Hamas terrorist organization to end the war in Gaza.

“Israel has now offered a roadmap to an enduring ceasefire – and the release of all the hostages,” Biden claimed. “Yesterday, this proposal was transmitted by Qatar to Hamas. Today, I want to lay out its terms for the world.”

The 81-year-old posted a graphic on X that claimed the proposal was comprised of the following three phases:

Phase 1

A complete ceasefire Withdrawal of Israeli forces from populated areas in Gaza Release of some hostages and some remains of hostages Palestinian civilians can return to their homes in Gaza A surge in humanitarian aid

Phase 2

A permanent end to hostilities Exchange for the release of remaining living hostages Israeli forces withdraw from Gaza

Phase 3

Major reconstruction plan for Gaza Final remains of hostages are returned to their families
