Bailey Anne became the first transgender to win the Miss Maryland USA contest. Anne becomes the first transgender to hold the title, along with being the first Asian-American and the first “military officer’s wife” to represent the state.  

Israel was urged by the U.S. State Department to be completely "transparent" on an airstrike that occurred on Thursday morning at a central Gaza school, which was said to have allegedly killed at least 35 people.
