Idaho Murder Mystery Update: Cop Says He Found Glove Outside Off-Campus Home Missed During Initial Sweep of Crime Scene

It has been more than four weeks since four University of Idaho students were stabbed to death in a shared house near the campus and police still have not identified a suspect.

The four deceased students were identified as 20-year-old Ethan Chapin of Conway, Washington; 21-year-old Madison Mogen of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; 20-year-old Xana Kernodle of Avondale, Arizona; and 21-year-old Kaylee Goncalves of Rathdrum, Idaho.

The two surviving female roommates, who were on the 1st floor/basement floor and slept through the murders, were identified: Dylan Mortensen and Bethany Funke.

Thousands of tips have poured in since police said they are searching for a white 2011-2013 Hyundai Elantra that was spotted near the home on the night of the quadruple murders.

Investigators want to speak to the occupants of the vehicle, according to a press release.

The car’s license plate is not known.

Now this…

A Moscow police officer said he found a glove outside of the home that was missed during the initial search of the crime scene, the Daily Mail reported.

Police told Fox News the murder victims’ hands were bagged to try to preserve any evidence that may be found such as skin, hair  or other DNA found under fingernails.

The Daily Mail reported:

Idaho cops have bagged the hands of the four University of Idaho students who were murdered in their sleep last month as they continue to try to track down the killer.

Authorities say the victims’ hands may contain evidence such as skin or hair under the fingernails if they tried to fight back against the unknown murderer who broke into their off-campus house in the early morning hours of November 13 and stabbed them to death.

Kaylee Goncalves, Maddie Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin may have even touched their assailants’ DNA if they made physical contact during the attack, forensic experts told FOX News Digital on Monday.

Although details of the crime scene remain scant, there is no suggestion the victims’ hands had been removed from their arms, as Latah County Coroner Cathy Mebbutt says the hands were sealed with bags before the bodies were moved.

The news comes as a former cop revealed online that he discovered a glove at the crime scene, and a retired Moscow police captain told DailyMail.com they believe the killer was seeking vengeance against at least one of the students.

Other facts about this murder mystery:

The 911 call came in nearly 9 hours after the murders from a cell phone of one of the surviving housemate’s, however police have not revealed who made the call. According to reports, Moscow police have received hundreds of tips from people claiming Kaylee Goncalves had a stalker, but the information has not been verified yet. It was also revealed that Kaylee Goncalves called her ex-boyfriend several times between 2:30 am and 3:00 am just before the murders. A dog was found alive and unharmed at the crime scene on the morning the four murdered students were discovered by a housemate inside the home. It is unclear if the dog was barking or not. A sixth roommate was listed on the lease at the Moscow home; police do not believe this person was involved in the quadruple murder. Police believe it was a “targeted” attack According to the autopsies there is no sign of sexual assault Kaylee Goncalves’ father, Steven Goncalves, told Fox News that his daughter’s injuries are different than two of the other victims.

“I’m Rich B-tch” – Elon Musk Responds After Being Booed Onstage During Surprise Appearance at Dave Chappelle Stand-Up Show

CEO of SpaceX, Tesla, Inc., and Twitter, Elon Musk, made a surprise appearance on Sunday at a stand-up performance with Dave Chappelle at the Chase Center arena in San Francisco, California.

According to reports, the audience booed Musk when Chappelle introduced him by saying, “Ladies and gentlemen, make some noise for the richest man in the world.”

“I was there last night. When Dave first called out his “friend” to come to join the stage, it was at the end of the show, and no one really knew what was coming,” said one of the attendees.

“Then all of a sudden, Elon makes his way to the stage. I myself was very surprised and happy to see one of the brightest minds of our existence right there in front of me. It was very clear that as soon as the spotlights and stage cameras showed it was Elon, there was quite a mixed reaction with a lot of audible boo’s coming from the upper decks.”

“If I were to guess, I would say that in the very initial introduction, there were probably a little more boo’s than cheers, but the cheer’s outlasted the boo’s for sure. I found it quite rewarding when Dave stated that “it sounds like a bunch of people that you fired are in the stands” he then added, ” it also sounds like most of them are coming from the shitty seats on the top deck.” What a beautiful moment to witness… indeed,” he continued.

Another Instagram user said, “It wasn’t bad as they’re saying it was. I was there, I was trying to represent the cheers.”

The fake news mainstream media misrepresented what actually happened that night. One user explained what had transpired.

“There was a good 20-30 minute setup by Dave prior to bringing Elon on stage. Speaking about how we should start moving away from the polarity spread in the country. When the crowd wouldn’t calm down to be able to hear the mic, Dave took it over and started roasting the people that were not willing to let Elon say a few things. Then a nice-sized brawl went down, and the vibe got a bit darker with the violence,” he said.

“Lights and music came on and a good amount of people left, and then Dave killed the music and started talking again to close it out the way he wanted. My take is that it was a brave move mixed with performance art and most people are so stuck in the camp they have chosen they aren’t willing to create space for people to be heard. This ends up fueling more divisiveness leading to more errors in judgement which will result in some serious low level expressions of human nature.”
