The Supreme Court ruled on Monday that former President Donald Trump receives “absolute” immunity from prosecution for “official acts” during his presidency, but it left the exact extent of that protection for the lower courts to decide. 

Seven people, including four children, have been shot by a neighbor who told them to “go back to where they came from” and to “speak English.”
