Donald J. Trump is taking aim at a federal judge over his allegations about the 2020 election.

In a Truth Social Post on Thursday, Trump said that Clinton-appointed District Judge David Carter is making “very nasty, wrong, and ill-informed” statements about him.

During a ruling on Wednesday, Carter accused the 45th President of engaging in a conspiracy to defraud the United States. As a result, attorney John Eastman was ordered to turn over dozens of documents. In addition, the judge ordered four emails between Eastman and Trump to be sent to the January 6th Committee.

“The emails show that President Trump knew that the specific numbers of voter fraud were wrong but continued to tout those numbers, both in court and to the public,” Carter said. “The Court finds that these emails are sufficiently related to and in furtherance of a conspiracy to defraud the United States.”

Trump claims that he knows nothing about the case and is not being represented in the matter. He then went on to call Carter a “Partisan Hack” who doesn’t understand the facts.

A mother was slashed by her own son wielding a Samurai sword on Tuesday night in the Mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles, California.

According to reports, the victim was walking her dog at around 11 pm Tuesday night when she was violently attacked by her own son.

LAPD released bodycam footage of a police officer tasering Eric Herrera, 23, after he refused the officer’s commands to drop his sword.

The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital after suffering injuries to her arm.

The woman is in stable condition.

The son of a woman who was allegedly attacked with a samurai sword in Los Angeles’ Mid-Wilshire neighborhood Tuesday night is facing an attempted murder charge, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

It happened around 11:20 p.m. in the 1200 block of Victoria Avenue.

According to police, the suspect, later identified as Eric Herrera, was found by responding officers wandering in the middle of the street holding a sword. Herrera refused to put down the sword per officers’ commands, and approached the officers with the sword in his hand, officials said. That’s when the officers used a taser to subdue Herrera and arrest him.

His mother was taken to the hospital for treatment of several cuts to her arm from the sword. She is in stable condition, authorities said.

Herrera was arrested for attempted murder. His bail is set at $100,000.
