The World Trade Center’s final tower in New York City is set to begin construction as soon as this spring, 25 years after 9/11 demolished the original Twin Towers at what is now known as Ground Zero, New York Governor Kathy Hochul said.

A violent maritime confrontation on Wednesday morning has left four people dead and six others injured after a Florida-registered speedboat reportedly entered Cuban territorial waters and engaged in a shootout with border guard troops, Cuban officials announced.
