Joe Biden quietly took out a $250,000 line of credit against his Rehoboth Beach home in December amid his classified documents scandal.

Biden took the line of credit out while his son Hunter is under federal criminal investigation.

Fox News reported:

President Biden secured a $250,000 line of credit against his Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, home as his son, Hunter Biden, faces an investigation into his tax affairs and amid his own classified documents scandal, records obtained by Fox News Digital shows.

Biden acquired the six-figure home equity variable rate line of credit from M&T Bank on Dec. 5, 2022, Sussex County filings show. Biden and his wife, first lady Jill Biden, initially purchased the residence in 2017 for $2.74 million, according to county records.

It is unclear why Biden quietly secured the line of credit, which allows him to borrow up to a quarter of a million dollars against his home’s equity, and the White House did not respond to a Fox News Digital inquiry on the matter.

A NOAA air current model shows the China spy balloon is expected to traverse the United States heartland through the Midwest and Southern states on Friday before heading out to the Atlantic Ocean passing over the U.S. Navy base at Newport News, Virginia, via Kristinn Taylor.

Joe Biden refused to shoot down the balloon, however Secretary of State Antony Blinken cancelled a planned trip to Beijing in protest.

The NOAA Hysplit Model released this model for its trajectory on Friday afternoon.

Given the sightings of the spy balloon near Kansas City around noon CT, the most likely path it will take this weekend is across the Mississippi Delta and Deep South, reaching the Southeast coast by Sunday evening.

Author and researcher Dr. Andrew Huff tweeted out a reminder on Friday that the Japanese used balloons in World War II to disseminate chemical and biological weapons.

Fu-Go was an incendiary balloon weapon (風船爆弾, fūsen bakudan, lit. “balloon bomb”) deployed by Japan against the United States during World War II. A hydrogen balloon measuring 10 metres (33 ft) in diameter, it carried a payload of two 11-pound (5.0 kg) incendiary devices plus one 33-pound (15 kg) anti-personnel bomb (or alternatively one 26-pound (12 kg) incendiary bomb), and was intended to start large forest fires in the Pacific Northwest.

Between November 1944 and April 1945, the Japanese launched about 9,300 balloons from sites on Honshu, of which about 300 were found or observed in the U.S., with some in Canada and Mexico.[1] The balloons traveled on high-altitude and high-speed currents over the Pacific Ocean, today known as the jet stream, and used a sophisticated ballast system to control altitude on their three-day flight. Despite high hopes for the operation, the bombs were largely ineffective due to damp conditions and malfunctions, causing only minor damage and six deaths (from a single civilian incident in Oregon in May 1945). The Fu-Go balloon bomb was the first weapon to possess intercontinental range, with its flights being the longest-ranged attacks in the history of warfare at the time.

But then again, it’s not like the Chinese would develop a deadly virus and spread it around the world. That would never happen. Right?
