Brooks was on trial after driving his SUV through a Christmas parade last year. There, he killed six people and injured dozens more.

Brooks represented himself in his trial after retracting his insanity plea in September. His behavior in the courtroom was erratic and he was filled with persistent disruptions.

He is now waiting to be sentenced and faces a lifetime behind bars for his convictions.

Katy Perry Sparks Robot Comparisons After Video Surfaces Of Bizarre Eye Glitch

Katy Perry is being compared to a robot after a video surfaced from her latest appearance on stage where she suffered from a bizarre eye glitch.

In the clip that surfaced recently on social media, the 38-year-old singer stands on stage getting ready to perform ahead of her residency in Las Vegas, according to Page Six. She’s wearing a metallic sleeveless dress that appeared to be made with the use of recycled soda cans.

Just before she starts to sing, one of her eyelids drops completely while the other remains open. She brings her hand up to her eye and appears to pull back the skin and the eyelid flashes open.

It then closes a second later as she returns to the same move to get her other eye to open. It flashes open and closed a few more times before she finally appears to fix whatever was going on.

The video didn’t go unnoticed, with many comparing the “Firework” hitmaker’s strange eye glitch to something a person would see with a robot, the outlet noted.

“The clone is malfunctioning,” one person wrote.

“That baby doll you had as a kid with the eye that kept closing,” another person joked on TikTok.

One person quipped, “she lost the wifi connection.”

Another joked, “Oops somebody broke the matrix.”

“Her clone was glitching,” one person shared on the platform. “That’s scary.”

While another added, “Her robot seems to glitch a lot.”

“That b**** is a robot omg we been knew,” another person joked.

One person wrote that what was more disturbing than the eye glitch was how unfazed she seemed to be.

“It wasn’t the eye thing that was weird it was the fact she acted like it didn’t happen and went on with the show…” a person shared.

Perry is married to actor Orlando Bloom. The couple got engaged in 2019 after years of dating. The singer and actor later welcomed a daughter, Daisy, in 2020.
